fear

fear is one of the feeling that everyone has it. As long as we are human being, male and female, fear is part of our life and it is normal that we have something we used to be afraid of. For me, in my childhood there were two things I used to be afraid of. First thing is swimming in the sea. Although when I was child my father drove me and my family many times to the beach, I was feel scary each time we had been there. The reason of this fear was the dream that I had more than one time which the undertow would take my body away in the sea. It was a chronic thinking to me by the moments my family and I start swimming in the sea. So I was preferred sitting at home swim in the swimming than going to swim in the sea. That fear started fad when I saw a program about scuba diving which was shows the feeling while diving in the beauty world deeply inside the sea, and I as so attracted. Therefore, I decided to try scuba diving and forget that dream for a while. After my first dive with my cousin and the coach center, I had unbelievable feeling toward the sea. I liked the sea and my fear trend the sea has changed to the happiness each time I go there and I overcame this fear.

Another thing I used to afraid of is the heights. Before my first experiment with flying about 50 meter above the ground, I was scared to look down stare from third or fourth floor in a building. Usually I feel dizzy and for a reason I would fall down I look straightforward down stare. Once when I was in Thai on the beach with my family I saw people flying in the air with a large piece of nylon connected with a boat, which goes inside the sea and that large piece will rise up in the air . I was so excited to feel the sense of flying in spite of the heights scare that I had. It was my chance to challenge that feeling, therefore, I tried it. I got a feel that I might not have like that feel again. It was an exciting experiment, I enjoyed the moments when I was above all people, the sea, and mountains. I felt there was no gravity pulling my down. After that experiments, slowly, I over came that fear and I started enjoy to be in very high place.

  1. I'm glad you faced your fears! The ocean can be very strong and thus very scary, I agree.
